Every PDF in both collections is listed on the website so you can check what is included before buying. Once the Google Drive link for your order has been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable. Confirm final policy
When refunds apply
- You were charged but did not receive access to your notes, and we cannot resolve it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The file supplied is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timeline, e.g. 5–7 working days
